Advice for Entrepreneurs!

Owning a business is stressful! What can make it more challenging is when a person believes the stress comes from one place and it actually originates from something else. As a stress coach, I help business owners identify stressors and develop tools and skills to assist with reducing the impact of a particular stressor. It’s challenging when you’re working hard at succeeding and the consequences of unmanaged stress get in the way. Don’t get me wrong, there is a difference between “good stress” and distress. Good stress is motivating, provides energy and gets you excited. It’s the stress that overwhelms you and gets you stuck that derails you from what you really want to focus on. Thus, as a stress coach, I’ve created the Stress Intelligence coaching program, a six-week, on-line program to help assess, identify and reduce stress. I have helped thousands of people in stress reduction over the past 20 years of providing stress related workshops, skill groups, seminars and free talks.
